Its name speaks for itself. The Queen Snapper is considered by most to be the best eating Snapper in the Florida Keys. A rare treat that our captains have to journey hundreds of miles out to catch. Th Queen snapper is firm enough to grill, and is delicious pan seared or sautéed.
