Pre-order your share of the new season’s catch! Stone crab season opens October 15, and all stone crab orders placed now are pre-orders.
Our first orders will ship October 19 for overnight delivery October 20. Please select October 20 or a later available delivery date when placing your order. Stone crab orders cannot be delivered before October 20.

Watch & Learn
Hold a butter knife by the blade in your dominant hand and rest a towel under the claw in your other. Use a firm whipping motion to strike the claw and knuckles with the handle of the knife. Go easy — over-cracking can drive small shell fragments into the meat.
Peel away the cracked shell and lift the meat free with a fork or the edge of a butter knife.
Dip in butter or Keys Fresh Mustard Dipping Sauce and enjoy.
Good to Know
All stone crab claws are pre-cooked and ready to eat the moment they're delivered to your door — just crack the claws, dip, and eat. Enjoy them chilled or gently reheated. During the off-season, stone crab claws are shipped frozen.
