All of our fish are cut fresh to order and then vacuum sealed for the best quality possible when it arrives at your home. If your shipping date is four or more days from the date you order, we will vacuum seal your fish and freeze it fresh for your delivery.

You can order fresh or frozen tails depending on the season. If it is in season, fresh will be offered on the lobster page. Out of season we will only offer frozen tails.
