Mutton Snapper Fillet (PER LB)

A locals favorite, whether cooked whole in the oven or a fillet on the grill, the white tender meat is some of the most popular here in Key West. The meat is more firm than Yellowtail snapper which makes it a great option to put on the grill or in a ceviche.
