Participating prize partners include Beachside Key West Resort, Key West Tiki Boats, Fun in the Sun Key West, Atlas, The Docks, Kermit’s Key Lime Pie, Better Than Sex, and any other participating businesses listed on the official giveaway landing page.
The giveaway begins on August 15, 2026 at [12:00 a.m. Eastern Time] and ends on Monday, September 7, 2026 at [11:59 p.m. Eastern Time].
All entries must be received during the promotion period to be eligible.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of [Florida / the 50 United States and District of Columbia] who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of Keys Fresh Seafood Market, participating prize partners, agencies, vendors, and anyone involved in the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Total Approximate Retail Value of the prize package: $7,779.
Prize details are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of each participating prize partner.
The hotel stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply, including Fantasy Fest, Christmas week, New Year’s week, and any other restricted dates set by the hotel.
Tours, charters, rentals, and experiences are subject to availability, weather conditions, operating schedules, guest limits, and the standard policies of the participating prize provider.
Prize does not include airfare, transportation to or from Key West, meals outside of listed gift cards, gratuities, taxes, resort fees, deposits, incidental charges, fuel charges, travel insurance, or any other expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The drawing will take place on or around [Drawing Date], after the giveaway has closed.
The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and complete any required documentation before being confirmed as the official winner.
The potential winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within [48/72] hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
The winner may be required to provide full legal name, mailing address, date of birth, phone number, tax information, proof of eligibility, and a signed affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor or participating prize partners.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting and using the prize.
Sponsor may issue tax documentation as required by law based on the prize value.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and participating partners the right to use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, voice, and statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Keys Fresh Seafood Market, participating prize partners, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and each of their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
Participating prize partners are responsible only for the prize component they provide and are not responsible for other prize components, giveaway administration, winner selection, or fulfillment by other partners.
Winner and guest, if applicable, are responsible for complying with all hotel, rental, charter, tour, and activity provider rules and requirements.
Certain experiences may be affected by weather, availability, mechanical issues, safety conditions, or other factors outside Sponsor’s control.
If any portion of the prize cannot be used due to winner scheduling conflicts, blackout dates, weather, travel issues, or failure to comply with partner requirements, no cash or substitute prize will be provided unless Sponsor elects to do so.
Entrant email addresses will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, send giveaway-related updates, and as otherwise disclosed on the entry form.
Marketing email consent should be collected separately from the required giveaway entry. Entrants may be offered the option to receive marketing emails from Keys Fresh Seafood Market and participating partners.
Entrant information will not be shared with participating partners for marketing purposes unless the entrant provides consent.
This giveaway may be promoted on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, weather events, natural disasters, force majeure events, administrative errors, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent entries, uses automated entry methods, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Where required by law, Sponsor will maintain and provide winner information in accordance with applicable promotion laws and regulations.
For Florida game promotions requiring filing, Sponsor may be required to provide a certified winner list to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services after the winner is finally determined.
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on September 7, 2026. Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing on September 8, 2026. All eligible entries received prior to the entry deadline will be included in the selection pool.
