Tartar sauce goes great with fried fish, Key West pink shrimp, and stone crab claws.
The Docks Tartar sauce
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Spicy Dijon Mustard
3 Lemons Juiced
6-8 Cornichons finely diced
¼ Red Onion finely diced
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
In a bowl combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. If you would like more spice add tabasco sauce to your liking. Serve with fried fish, shrimp or Stone Crab claws. Can be saved in the refrigerator for up to a week.
