Key lime mustard sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for stone crab claws, conch fritter batter and key west pink shrimp! If you don't have time to make your own, try our ready to go Cows Rule Mustard Dipping Sauce.
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Spicy Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Key Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 tablespoon finely diced shallots
Fresh Stone Crab Claws
In a bowl combine all ingredients and serve with Stone Crab Claws or Key West Pink Shrimp. Can be saved in the refrigerator for up to a week.
