Looking for a delicious, easy to prepare shrimp scampi that will wow your guests? Look no further than Key West Pink Shrimp Scampi. Our shrimp is fresh and succulent, and flavored with just the right amount of a sweet and tangy sauce.
start by seasoning your Key West Pink Shrimp with salt and pepper then add 2 tablespoons of cows rule scampi butter and 1 table spoon olive oil into a warm skillet (medium heat).
once butter has melted, add in the shrimp and sauté for 2- 3 minutes or until pink (do not need to be cooked all the way through as they will be added back into sauce to finish cooking).
Remove shrimp from the skillet, and set aside. add in all the vegetables, garlic, and a couple dash’s of red pepper flake and sauté till browned.
add in 4-5 tablespoons of cows rule butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and continue cooking down the vegetables.
once all the butter has melted add in the ½ cup of white wine and lemon juice and bring to a simmer to reduce.
once reduced by about ¼ add back in the shrimp and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Serve over your favorite pasta and top with chopped parsley
