Ingredients

½# of Diced Grey Tilefish
¼ cup Red Onion (Sliced)
¼ cup Red and Green Bell Pepper (Julienned)
¼ cup English Cucumber (Sliced Thin)
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomato (Sliced or Quartered)
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Lime juice
- 3 Tblspn Ketchup
1 Teaspn fish sauce
Directions
- Combine Vegetables, Lemon/ Lime Juice, and Grey Tilefish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Once chilled add Ketchup and Fish sauce. Add salt and Pepper to taste.
