Ingredients
- 1 cup Beer of choice
- 1 cup All purpose or Rice flour
1 dash Tobasco
1 Tblspn Blackening Seasoning
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixer with whisk attachment until smooth. (Use immediately or let chill for 2-3 hours)
- Cover Grey Tilefish in batter and fry in hot oil at 350°F until golden brown or 145°F internal temperature.
