Ingredients

Grey Tilefish FIllet ⅓-½ lb
- ¼ cup flour for searingÂ
- ½ cup Beets (cooked, peeled and diced)
- ½ cup fingerling potatoes (blanched and cut in half)
- ½ cup cauliflower florets
½ English Cucumber (Sliced)
¼ Red Onion (Sliced)
½ cup Cherry Tomato (Chopped)
1 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tblspn Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cucumber Salad
Directions
Sautee potatoes, cauliflower, and beets over high heat until browned
- In a separate pan heat canola oil over high heat until hot.
Dust Grey Tilefish in flour and pat off the excess, sautee in hot oil until golden brown. Flip fish and finish in oven at 350°
Plate Vegetables then your seared Grey Tilefish on top.
Cucumber Salad
Combine ingredients, add Salt and Pepper to taste. Add on top of your sauteed Grey Tilefish and enjoy!
